Sizes/ volumes
All sizes are aproximate and all aquarium sizes are given as length x height x width. Glass sizes are always aproximate and +/- 5mm as standard tolloerances. All products sold by volume are based on volume when packed. as a guide we use the following packing bag sizes, 10ltr - 450 x 300mm bag, 20ltr - 600 x 450mm bag,

What information will you hold about me and will it be safe?

Is it safe to give my credit card details over the internet?
Any credit card information sent to us is encrypted (scrambled) via the secure Google system while being sent over the Internet. When it reaches Google they then encrypt the content so that it can only be read by authorised personnel. This makes it very difficult for anyone to intercept your details How will you use the information that you collect?
We use this information to help us better understand your browsing and shopping requirements. Through this we believe that we can offer you more relevant and timely products and services and attempt to improve your browsing and shopping experience with us. Refunds & Returns & Discounts

You may return items sold by Jungle Pets within 14 days of delivery for a refund excluding any delivery charges and a handling charge of 25%.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including, but not limited to:
You have the right to cancel any order within seven days of your contract with The Jungle Pets, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them, via a suitable carriage method. If your order is made to measure, ie not a standard stock item, then all monies paid are non refundable.
All discounts are offered to customers in good faith. Jungle Pets reserves the right to withdraw discounts at any time in the event of abuse or other misuse.
